Presenter Maria Veitola visits her series Maria Veitola in Yökylä in the fifth episode, miss and social media influencer at Sara Siepi’s place.
There is history between Sara and Maria. Maria interviewed Sara years ago Enbuske, Veitola & Salminen in the series. The interview did not go well.
The episode begins with Maria’s public apology.
– Sara. It has weighed on me all these years. So about that EVS interview. I had absolutely no intention of doing a bad interview with you. I tried to do good. There are so many variables in live broadcasting. I can’t even go into the reasons for what happened there, says Maria.
– You got a bad feeling. I think that was my biggest failure. I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to create an interview situation for you where you would have been safe and brave, Maria ends her monologue.
Sara also apologizes for the public blog post she wrote about it.
– Both could have worked better, Sara says.
Sara adds that it has been difficult to see Maria in public places all these years. He has not known if he can approach the host.
However, based on the episode, the duo’s chemistry did not improve significantly, as they discuss several different topics in a slightly difficult manner.
