In my program “Appointment with yourself online”, which aims to accompany, motivate and transmit the most important knowledge to develop projects for women entrepreneurs, conviction plays a very important role.
The first part of the program focuses on emotions, since they are what define our actions. When making a decision, there is a previous emotion that determines that action. For this reason it is so important to know where we start to undertake. It is the healthiest path from my point of view, to be able to have the strength to travel this path that awaits us.
What we think, what we speak, what we say to ourselves and what we do with what we say to ourselves, forges in us the attitude of how we are going to navigate the project.
Recognizing ourselves then in each new situation that we are going through on this path of undertaking, gives us the possibility of discovering ourselves and managing our self-knowledge.
Conviction is the gateway to our project, it is what will drive us to start, to limit those who do not trust our own confidence (to which we only have to give them the space to listen and then see what we do with that information) and enjoy our achievements.
Working then on the management of being as aligned as possible with the conviction that I do want to carry out this undertaking and that I am going to contribute to society with my management, should take all our energy.
We undertake to improve our quality of life, to achieve our purpose as much as possible and, as a consequence, work on what we love to do.
Making our conviction powerful enough is the key to start undertaking, manage to sustain and accompany our project during the first stage and make it scale.
