Starting “something” (or put the name that most identifies you), always generates uncertainty, fear of what may happen.
There is so much expectation placed on what we are going to start, that we forget to be able to manage our emotions in advance.
Starting is starting a path with ourselves, where we are going to find ourselves in different scenarios many times to what we are already used to.
Knowing from what place and with what emotionality we are willing to walk this new path is our responsibility.
Because only from there, we will be able to give ourselves permission to get to know each other, to “forgive ourselves” if we are wrong, to look at ourselves more lovingly, and that all “what we tell ourselves” at certain times is with the greatest respect for ourselves. to know what we are learning.
Beginning opens the possibility of evolving, of capitalizing on knowledge, even if it turns out as we do not expect, because even so, we are going to learn.
We have a new 365 days to start everything we choose to go through, and it only depends on us how we are going to walk it.
