Did you have chips left over from the weekend? They make a delicious chicken dish.

Did you have leftover chips from the weekend in the cupboard?
Food supplier Mari Moilanen got annoyed with the half-empty chip bags and decided to use them in cooking. As a result, a chicken was born.
– Now I’m starting to make use of all the leftovers, Moilanen says Something tasty in his blog, and continues:
– By the way, it turned out to be a crispy to crispy chicken steak, which is suitable for salad, chicken burgers or rolled in tortillas.
The taste is, of course, deliciously chip-like.
Fried chicken
(for 2 people)
2 chicken breasts
2 dl potato chips
1/2 dl grated parmesan
1 egg
1/2 dl spelled wheat flour
1/2 tsp finger salt
a few grinds of black pepper from the grinder
cooking oil for frying
In addition:
1 tbsp (about 150 g) salad mix
2 blood oranges
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
finger salt
a few grinds of black pepper from the grinder
1. Pound the chicken breast fillets a little thinner. Crush the chips with your hands into a coarse crumb and mix in the grated parmesan. Crack an egg into another bowl. In the third bowl, mix finger salt and black pepper into the wheat flour.
2. Roll the chicken fillets first in wheat flour, then in egg and finally in the potato chip-Parmesan mixture. Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy.
3. Serve breaded chicken fillets on a bed of salad. Segment the blood oranges and sprinkle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top, season with finger salt and black pepper. Slice the chicken fillets and place on top of the salad.
