Marguerite Duras’ columns are just a sad love story

The columns that Marguerite Duras wrote for the newspaper Libération did not have to deal with current events, but could be about what interested her herself. So she wrote about the days when you cross a city; about what she sees that summer of 1980, looking out the window of her apartment on the coast of Trouville. Also bundled, in Summer ’80, these pieces remain very successful.
