Sea outside 4the new episode reveals another mystery
The first of two episodes, entitled The price of changewe focus on her. Alina (Yeva Sai) has recently arrived in Nisida and is the most cryptic character of this season. She doesn’t speak, no one knows who she is and she abruptly pushes away anyone who approaches her. However, in the cone of shadow in which she is trapped she sees a light.
It’s that of Gianni Cardiotrap (Domenico Cuomo), the only one capable of breaking down walls and create an opening. Cardiotrap returns to the penitentiary after being in the recording studio with Giulia (Clara Soccini), both miraculously alive after she started a fire. He is there to welcome him AlinaThat she finally reveals her name to him and tells him that she is Ukrainian.
Between a hug and knowing glances, an understanding is sealed that the girl can count on. Cardiotrap is good and is always ready to lend a hand. Alina, however, has a difficult past behind her and it is not easy for her to face reality.

Who is Alina and why is she in Nisida
She is Ukrainian and has a brother, Demyan. They were orphaned following the outbreak of war and ended up in an Italian orphanage. However, Demyan was adopted without Alina being able to say goodbye to him one last time. The two brothers look through the glass of a window, while she he promises him that he will find him again. The reason why he is in prison is also revealed.
Some time ago she had escaped from the orphanage to find Demyan. While she wandered through the streets of Naples at night, she had been approached by a man in a car, who had offered her drugs. Alina had quickened her pace, the man who got out of the car had chased her. Trying to save herself, Alina had entered a building under construction. However, the man had reached her and attacked her. She responded with kicks and punches and when he grabbed her, she managed to push him away, However, the man fell and died. Once in Nisida, the sense of guilt makes itself felt. She is overwhelmed by panic attacks and the only one capable of calming her down is Cardiotrap.
In the eighth episode, Die together, confesses to him that he constantly thinks about his brother. “I can not handle it anymore. I miss her, I miss her so much,” he says. Gianni advises her to talk to a psychologist. He won’t find her brother again, but he will be able to help her get better. At least to come to terms with this loss. Cardiotrap becomes the link between Alina and the guards and between her and the educators. The girl gets permission for a visit and accompanying her is Nunzia (Carmen Pommella). Once they arrive, however, Alina asks to go to the bathroom and actually runs away.

It’s still early to find out if he will be one of the central characters of the next season. At the moment he is a positive character, who life circumstances have put to the test. He has a good soul and finds an elective affinity with Gianni, another victim of adverse circumstanceswho however manages to survive behind bars thanks to a boundless passion for music.
In Sea outside 4 they represent hope. Alina he has no history of blood behind him. She found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time, but she’s not attracted to organized crime. He wants to find his brother, a more than human desire. And in the chaos of prison the only one with whom he can find an agreement is Cardiotrap.
In this sense, they embody the concept of rehabilitation of the condemned that the series underlies. While for other protagonists – Edoardo first and foremost – the hopes that they will embark on a life on the right track are very few, for them it is almost taken for granted. We will need to understand how their presence will fit into the plots of the fifth chapter.

The revelation of Alina’s identity is not the only relevant fact of the fourth episode. The magistrates are organizing Carmine’s (Massimiliano Caiazzo) entry into the protection program. He wants to leave Naples and his mother, Donna Wanda (Pia Lanciotti). He will bring his daughter Futura with him and would like Rosa too (Maria Esposito) followed him.
Rosa, however, is still very conflicted because after the death of his father, Don Salvatore Ricci (Raiz), he doesn’t know whether to take charge of the clan or put the past behind him. Furthermore, she is certain that Carmine’s mother had something to do with the murder of her father and she does not want to mix with her enemies. Carmine insists and declares for the umpteenth time all his love for her.
«Rosa, I want to know the truth. I’m asking you to move on. You can’t win this war», he tells her. Then she adds: «Let’s get married. Do you want to get revenge on my mother? Do you want to kill her? Then let’s get married. You and me, free, far from here”. It’s a difficult choice for Rosa to make, but she ultimately says yes.
«Carmine, you are my life. I can not live without you. If we have to die, we do it together. Yes, I want to marry you”. With these words they mark the beginning of a new chapter. Who knows, though, if and when they will get to the altar…
