The Stephanskirchen-based clothing provider Marc O’Polo SE has continued its international expansion. On Wednesday the company announced the opening of its first store in Portugal.
The store is operated by local franchise partner Têxtil Cães de Pedra SA. It has an area of 120 square meters and is located in the Norte Shopping shopping center in the northern Portuguese port city of Porto.
After entering the Spanish market in 2022, the first shop in Portugal is “an important step in strengthening the brand and further expanding the business on the Iberian Peninsula,” said Marc O’Polo. Together with the Têxtil Cães de Pedra Group, the company is now planning to open additional stores in Portugal.
