In the future, Marc O’Polo will be represented in Düsseldorf with a flagship store on Königsallee.
So far, the clothing supplier from Stephanskirchen could be found with a store at the Breidenbacher Hof, now in spring 2023 it will be on the popular luxury shopping street. Marc O’Polo can be found there at the address Königsallee 88, announced the Brune Immobilien Group last Thursday, which rents the area.
“We took our time and waited for the right tenant. Our aim was to upgrade the southern Kö and to meet our own standards in terms of tenant quality,” said Christopher Brune, CEO of the Brune Group. “We are very pleased to have won Marc O’Polo as a tenant. The concept fits in perfectly with our property.”
The outdoor specialist Globetrotter was previously located at the location, which offers a total area of around 1000 square meters.
