Marc-Marie Huijbregts laughed at in Today Inside: ‘He can’t do anything!’

Marc-Marie Huijbregts was laughed at and insulted at the table of the Today Inside program yesterday. Not only by the VI men themselves, but mainly by dinner guest Özcan Akyol.

Marc-Marie Huijbregts was very critical of Today Inside during the candle riot. He was extremely disappointed in Arno Kantelberg, for example, because he recorded it for the VI men in a talk show. But Özcan Akyol also recently got a kick out of the comedian, because he wouldn’t be nice in real life.

Struggling Beau

Now Marc-Marie is being answered. The comedian was extensively discussed in the Today Inside broadcast. There they find it a sign on the wall that Marc-Marie is so often a guest at the poorly scoring competitor Beau. “You always see it when programs are struggling. You always see that,” explains René van der Gijp.

He continues: “I’m not even talking about wrestling because the draft is totally in, but the draft is a bit coming. Of course you have that at RTL at the moment. Then there’s another one who says, ‘We need more people!’ They now have that if they announced those people, then they are already eight minutes further, huh? There are really many.”

Four times Marc-Marie

Marc-Marie is one of those guys. “You see that Marc-Marie more and more now, so then someone in the editorial team said: ‘Then put that Marc-Marie at the table four times!’”

Wilfred Genee falsely: “And? Is it cozy?”

René: “Well, at least he tries to make it fun. haha.”

Johan Derksen: “Do you know what’s fun? He’s a very nice boy. I have met him once and he is a very friendly boy, but I have never been able to discover what he can do. He can’t do anything and he’s beeping with it. Every now and then he has a nice story, but…”

Not a nice boy

Then Özcan gets pretty intense. “I do not agree with you. He’s not a nice boy. The first time I met him, I had given an interview to the AD in the run-up to the Boekenbal and then I said: ‘There are also all kinds of figures around who I think have never written a book, but there are well.'”

He continues: “Then I said: ‘A Marc-Marie Huijbregts, for example.’ Well, just a comment like that. I saw him sitting there on the stairs and he was having a lot of fun. When I first met him at De Wereld Draait Door, he came to me very angry and said (put on a beeping voice, ed.): ‘I did write a book!’”

“I said, ‘Sorry, I didn’t know that. What kind of book then?’ “Yeah, something with bits.” ‘Yes, I’m sorry, but I didn’t know that. That passed me by.’ ‘I can go to the Boekenbal!’, he said.”

Every day on TV

Johan: “He does have the prize of the worst New Year’s Eve conference I’ve ever seen. When he clumsily stood there in those tight shorts. I’ve never seen anything from him that makes me think, oh, he can do something.”

All in all, Marc-Marie will never come to the table at VI after this. Özcan: “He can’t, because he’s with Beau every evening. He must be the pacesetter there.”

Johan: “Will Beau never even think: that is why I have bad viewing figures?”

Özcan: “Do you think Beau has anything to say about his guests? I do not think so. Otherwise you wouldn’t be asking him every day, would you?”
