In August 2021 it was announced that hotel La Réserve will be acquired by Bart Versluys and Marc Coucke. They expressed their ambition to make La Réserve “one of the most famous leading luxury hotels in Belgium” and “to make Knokke’s ultimate business card”. The hotel restaurant, led by three-star chef Peter Goossens, must ensure that, it sounds in a statement.
