Most of the current ministers and state secretaries used their private e-mail for work, writes Minister Hanke Bruins Slot (Internal Affairs) in a letter to the House of Representatives. There are a total of sixteen ministers. Twelve of them also used messaging services, such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
