Many Dutch neighborhoods have too little public green space per home

There is not enough space for public greenery in more than half of the neighborhoods of the 32 largest municipalities in the Netherlands. That concludes Nature & Environment Monday based on own research. 53 percent of the 1,937 neighborhoods surveyed do not meet the criterion of 75 square meters of green space per home and are therefore “petrified”, according to the environmental organization.
