Many drugs found in Bergen op Zoom, four men arrested

During a check, the police found a large amount of drugs in a house at the Hof van Valkenburg in Bergen op Zoom. The four men who were in the building have been arrested.

Municipal employees checked the house for ghosts. Police said the four men appeared to be under the influence of narcotics and one of them immediately tried to flush white powder down the toilet. That was probably speed.

During the search, the agents also found hemp, ecstasy pills, hashish, a can of pepper spray, presumably stolen passports and thousands of euros in cash.

All items that could be confiscated were taken by the police. The four suspects were taken to a police cell complex. It concerns the resident of the house, two men aged 27 and 28 from Malden and a 22-year-old man without a home address.

They are suspected of trafficking in soft and hard drugs, money laundering, possession of weapons and theft or theft of identity documents.
