The luxury shoe supplier Manolo Blahnik Group achieved strong growth in sales and profits in the 2022 financial year. This emerges from key data on business development that the company published on Monday.

Accordingly, group sales last year amounted to 118.2 million euros and reached a new record in the company’s history. Compared to the previous year, which was still heavily influenced by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, revenue grew by 69 percent. Sales in stationary boutiques have returned to pre-crisis levels, and in e-commerce they have increased by 24 percent compared to 2021, according to a statement.

The company also made strong progress in terms of earnings. The operating profit reached 23.7 million euros in 2022, more than five times as high as in the previous year, when it was 4.6 million euros. Earnings before taxes jumped from 6.6 to 21.9 million euros.
