Mango will rely on artificial intelligence in the future. The Spanish fashion chain takes the next step in its digital transformation, launching its own internal generative and conversational AI platform.
The platform goes by the name “Lisa” and has been adapted for use by employees and partners of the company, Mango announced on Wednesday. The tool’s interface is similar to Chat GPT and was developed in less than nine months. The implementation of generative content and conversational AI is intended to improve several areas, from collection development to customer service.
“Generative artificial intelligence is an augmented intelligence, in other words, a technology that acts as a co-pilot for our employees and stakeholders and helps us expand our capacities, because either the technology makes us more human or it is useless,” said Jordi Álex, director of technology, data, privacy and security at Mango.
