Mango brings home collection to the USA

The Spanish clothing retailer Mango will in future also offer its home textiles and home accessories in the USA. The company announced on Thursday that it was the first market outside of Europe for this category. The expansion of the range forms part of the expansion strategy for the United States. With the market entry now announced, the Home collection, which Mango launched in 2021, will be available in 32 countries.

Laura Vila, Mango Home’s Director, explained the decision in a statement: “Entering the US soft furnishings market is a significant step forward in our business diversification strategy while reinforcing our international expansion plan in one of the most strategic markets for the company,” she explained.

Mango has been represented in the USA since 2006. In recent years, the brand has steadily expanded its presence there and continues to have great ambitions: “From 2022 to 2024, the company will continue its expansion plan in the USA in order to position the brand in the North American market,” said the clothing supplier. The opening of a flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York is planned for the first half of the year.
