You can quickly make a good snack from Manchego cheese.

If you want to enjoy something small and delicious, make these by Henri Alen pieces of manchego cheese flavored with pistachios and honey.
The instructions are from Alén’s book Kotiruokaa savni kräna käu (Readme, 2020).
Alén himself states in the book that this simple snack, which can be prepared in a few minutes without compromising on taste. Simple, but beautiful.
Pistachio honey manchego
250 g of manchego cheese
100 g of pistachio nut meal
100 g runny honey
1. Cut the Manchego into large cubes.
2. Put the cocktail sticks in the cheese pieces and roll them in the honey and then in the pistachio grits.
3. Serve as an appetizer and/or with a salad. It also goes well as a dessert to enjoy with fruit.
