The man was eventually overpowered and arrested on Thursday evening by the special units of the federal police, who arrived on the scene around 9 p.m.
According to media ‘Vers L’Avenir’ and ‘Sudinfo’, the man was supposed to be taken to a psychiatric department of a specialized hospital on Thursday afternoon, but he did not want that and therefore holed up at home. It was the paramedics who would take him to the hospital who sounded the alarm.
