Man who hangs from moving car should not go to court
The images went viral on social media. You see a man who is angry with a driver at the Krakelebrug in Bruges because he is said to have been hit on his bicycle. He also destroys the mirror of the car. A little later the man hangs on the car, only to fall off again hundreds of meters further. After an investigation, the public prosecutor ruled that no criminal offenses had been committed.
