The man who was found dead on Thursday in a house on Burgemeester Freijterslaan in Roosendaal is the 34-year-old resident of the building. He died as a result of a crime. The police announced this on Saturday.
After the resident was found in the apartment complex, police officers from the Forensic Investigation Department started an investigation in and around the building. Traces have been investigated, spoken with local residents and camera images have been viewed.
The police have set up a so-called Large-Scale Investigation Team to investigate the facts of the crime.
