Man who bombarded politicians with emails also gets 15 months in prison on appeal

Governor Carl Decaluwé received dozens of emails, as did then Prime Minister Sophie Wilmès, Flemish Prime Minister Jan Jambon and the mayor of Avelgem, Lut Deseyn. The man was convicted but appealed. He has previously been convicted three times for stalking and assault. He is also in custody for an alleged rape. The court has yet to rule on this.
