“Man probably died by fall”: public prosecutor’s office about death in Roeselare

The man’s body was found at the bottom of the stairs, the prosecutor’s office says. The victim is a well-known café owner. Because the circumstances were not immediately clear, the death was investigated by the police and the public prosecutor’s office.

In the course of the day, a medical officer searched for the exact cause of death on behalf of the public prosecutor’s office. “No others were involved and so it may be a fall,” says the public prosecutor’s office.
