A man was seriously assaulted during the carnival night of Tuesday, February 13, on the Leenderweg in Valkenswaard, near the Het Weeerderhuys chapel and Onsz restaurant. He was met by six people around half past two in the morning, after an earlier conflict. At least two of them abused him. The victim lost consciousness.
After the assault, the victim was left in a helpless condition on the roadway. “This could have resulted in even more serious injuries,” the police emphasize on Instagram.
