Man jailed after threatening to commit attack

The man voluntarily admitted himself to a psychiatric hospital in Bruges. There he would have told his psychiatrist that he would commit an attack. Last week, the police arrested him. The council chamber decided to arrest him on suspicion of death threats. According to his lawyer, he did not intend to commit an attack, but is struggling with black thoughts.
