A car hit a tree on the N374 near Elp tonight. One passenger was taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.
As far as is known, no other vehicle was involved in the accident on Schoonloërweg (N374). Ambulance personnel received assistance from the mobile medical team of the trauma helicopter, and the fire brigade and police were also on site.
The road was temporarily closed to other traffic.
