A seriously injured man was found in the bushes near the Goirkekanaaldijk in Tilburg on Thursday night around half past one. The police do not know what happened and do not rule out a crime.
The victim is a 29-year-old Polish man. He was found by passers-by in the bushes of the Goirkekanaaldijk near the intersection with the Grounodpad.
Emergency services called in took the man to hospital where he was immediately operated on.
The police are looking for witnesses who saw something striking in the night from Thursday to Friday in the area of the Goirkekanaaldijk in Tilburg.
