The police arrested a 56-year-old woman on Monday in the investigation into the death of a 46-year-old man from Den Bosch. It concerns the resident of the house in Den Bosch where the dead man was found. She reported herself to the police. A man was previously arrested.
The dead man was found on Sunday, September 3, in a house on Brugstraat in Den Bosch. This happened after a witness gave a tip to the police. The victim appeared to have died as a result of violence.
A suspect who was also in the house was arrested that same day. It was a 49-year-old resident of Den Bosch. A statement was then taken from the woman, but she was not arrested at the time.
Still arrested
During the course of the investigation, it turned out that her statement about the events of that day did not fully correspond with the results of the investigation. That is why the police now suspect that this woman may also have been involved in the victim’s death.
She was arrested on Monday on behalf of the public prosecutor. The previously arrested suspect is also still in custody.
