Cruise ship Norwegian Pearl

Serious incident on the metal cruise “Headbangers Boat” on the ship Norwegian Pearl: Last Friday a man fell overboard.
The ship, on which numerous bands of the genre perform live, including Lamb Of God and Mastodon, was near the Bahamas at the time and was already on its way back to Miami.
As “Metal Hammer” reports, the 41-year-old was searched for nine hours, but the captain of the Norwegian Pearl was ultimately forced to abort the rescue mission. The onboard staff received help in the search from the US Coast Guard and the Royal Bahamas Defense Force.
Lamb Of God mourn
According to a report from Cruise Hive, an online magazine about cruise travel, the man was last seen twenty miles east of the small island of Cay Sal between Florida and Cuba.
Meanwhile, Lamb Of God also spoke up: “We are deeply saddened to hear that a member of our community has had a tragic accident. We send love and light to his family and loved ones.”
