The heat is apparently already too much for some. On Monday evening someone decided to climb on the concrete fence near the new ring road at the Kempkensberg. It is not yet clear what the purpose of this action was.
On the webcam which is focused on the work, the person was clearly visible. He was sitting on the high concrete ledge built around one of the openings above the new ring road, to the left of the crane. The webcams have since been taken offline.
According to sources, the man was brought down unscathed by emergency services. These had flocked to the report in large numbers. Perhaps the man just wanted to see with his own eyes what his tax dollars are spent on.
