Man carries closed bicycle by hand: police arrest avid bicycle thief

Shortly before 11 a.m. last night, the police noticed him during a patrol in front of the station, near the large bicycle shed. He carried a bicycle with the rear wheel up, because the bicycle was locked that way. When he saw the police, he immediately put the bike aside and walked away.
