The suspect called older people and pretended to be an employee of a bank. He managed to get their PIN code that way. He also managed to convince them to hand over their debit card so that money could be withdrawn from their account. Those cash withdrawals took place in Zeeland, North Holland and the east of the Netherlands. The man is suspected of a total of nine cases.
