The facts took place in the vicinity of the town of Carman. The lifeless body of a woman was first found along a road around half past seven in the morning. Less than two hours later, the remains of three children were discovered in a burning vehicle, while the body of a second woman was found shortly afterwards.
The suspect, whose identity has not been released, was arrested at the scene of the burning vehicle. Other details, such as the ages of the victims and their possible ties to the victim, have not yet been made public due to the ongoing investigation.
