A 77-year-old man was found dead in his home in Eindhoven on Thursday. The man has probably been lying there for months. Therefore, the police investigated the cause of death.
The police do not know exactly how long the man had been dead. “What we could see is that he had been there for a long time, we assume months,” says a spokesman.
Death by natural causes
Local residents called the police because they had not seen the man for a long time. The man lived on the French Baan.
Police investigations revealed that the man died of natural causes. That is why the police are not making any further statements about the death.
