Man (60) on speed pedelec hit by car on Antwerp Noordersingel: driver (23) not under the influence of alcohol or drugs

A 60-year-old driver of a speed pedelec suffered life-threatening injuries on Monday in an accident on the Noordersingel in Antwerp, near the new ramp to the Ring. The victim was hit by a car. The 23-year-old driver has now submitted a negative alcohol and drug test.
