On the speedometer, the pointer stopped at 150 kilometers per hour. Police say the driver was driving at a high speed. A tree next to the road has been hit by the car and is missing a large part of the bark. Meters away is one of the many wreckage of the car.

The road between Walik and Walik/Bergeijk was reopened after 7 p.m. “What happened has been investigated. A police helicopter will also make recordings of the area to investigate what caused the accident,” a police spokesperson said.
