After the kidnapping of a 46-year-old from Schwäbisch Hall, special police forces in Brandenburg arrested four suspects and found the kidnapped injured.

At least three of those arrested are to be brought before the magistrate on Thursday, the Heilbronn public prosecutor and the police headquarters in Aalen and Brandenburg announced on Wednesday. A possible involvement of the fourth suspect is still being examined.

The exact background of the kidnapping initially remained open. As the investigators reported, two men dragged the 46-year-old from his apartment in Baden-Württemberg into a car on Tuesday afternoon. They then drove to Brandenburg.
