A 42-year-old man was kidnapped by several perpetrators in Egmond aan Zee on Saturday, but escaped from them again on the night from Saturday to Sunday in Delft. A police spokesperson confirmed this after reports Broadcasting West.
Much is still unclear about the kidnapping, a police spokesperson said. “We received a report last night of a possible kidnapping of a person.”
Escaped in Delft
According to the police, the man managed to escape in the middle of the night in the Poptahof district in Delft, where he was then able to call for police help. The victim was not injured and is doing well.
No arrests have been made to date. The police are investigating and ask anyone with information or witnesses to contact them.
