The police have arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of involvement in the disappearance of 38-year-old Silvana Heber from Hoogeloon in Brabant. “She has been missing since Saturday morning and her well-being is feared. We do not rule out that she is the victim of a crime,” the police said.
