A man with a gunshot wound to the stomach alerted the police to a hospital in Tegel on Friday night.
The 39-year-old is said to have gotten into an argument with another man on Greenwich Promenade around 2:30 a.m.
According to police, the argument ended in a physical altercation. A shot is said to have been fired from the unknown man’s weapon and hit the 39-year-old.
Then the previously unknown man is said to have fled and the injured person went to a hospital. No further details are known about the incident. The police are now investigating.
