A 35-year-old man was found dead on Saturday evening in his home in Schijndel, the police reported. There was also a fire in the house on Tiboschlaan.
The police received a report around a quarter to eight that someone was dead in the house. A spokesman for the police did not want to say who made the report.
The man is the resident of the house. There were no other people in the house when he was found. No arrests have been made either.
The house was first ventilated by the fire brigade, after which the police started an investigation. It is still unclear how the man died. All scenarios are still open, according to the spokesperson. “Research must show more.”
