A motorist (21) was injured last night in a crash into a tree. That happened in a sheltered bend of the Burgemeester Pabstlaan in Hoofddorp.
After the injured motorist was checked in the ambulance, he was taken to hospital. It is not known how he is doing now.
Because the police suspect the twenty-something man of dangerous driving, he must later report to the police station for questioning. It is suspected that the driver was driving too fast, the police spokesperson told NH.
Balloons were also found in and around the vehicle. The motorist could not be tested for the use of nitrous oxide, the spokesperson said. The driver did test negative for alcohol and other types of drugs.
