Not only customers were inconvenienced, the iPhone maker also struggled with malfunctions in its internal systems. For example, there were still problems with Apple’s work-from-home system and sales staff had a hard time doing their jobs properly, sources told Bloomberg news agency.
Apple has not yet officially disclosed the cause of the disruption. The tech giant is said to have told staff that the disruptions were related to DNS problems.
