Malcolm Subban: US national anthem before the game

NHL goalkeeper Malcolm Subban surprised everyone before the match between the Buffalo Sabers and the Chicago Blackhawks.

Due to an injury, the sideline Subban stepped on the ice with a microphone in his hand and performed the U.S. national anthem.

The Sabers goalkeeper show made the crowd and both teams confused. As Subban sang loud and high, the Buffalo and Blackhawks players burst into disbelief. There was a wide smile on the players’ faces.

Subban certainly didn’t perform for the first time. The crowd whistled and gave the goalkeeper furious applause.

Subban’s performance has been heavily commented on afterwards on social media. Some commentators hope that the national anthem performed by the players would even become a habit.

– He has to sing on top of the goalkeeper’s gear next season. Really good sound, one commented.

– I don’t know how this happened, but really great, the other glowed.

Subban has also previously represented the Blackhawks and Vegas Golden Knights. A former teammate of the goalkeeper Andrew Shaw revealed that this is not the first time Subban has sung.

Subban had five matches in the AHL and four in the NHL this season.

At Rockford Ice Hogs, he conceded 3.38 goals per game and defeated with 89.3 percent confidence. In the NHL, the rejection rate was 87.1 and the average number of goals conceded was 4.85.

The contract with Sabers expires this season.
