Agents of the National Police have released in Malaga to two people held against his will in a hole, set up in a house under construction, north of the capital. The disappearance was reported by some friends of the victims, whom the captors They demanded 50,000 euros for his release.
The police force established a large device by land and air carried out by agents attached to Group I of Organized Crime of the Provincial Police Station, who found the whereabouts of the victims in less than three hours and proceeded to their rescue, finding the same in good health, as reported in a statement.
Besides, The agents arrested the captors, two men aged 35 and 43, for their alleged involvement in the crimes of kidnapping and robbery with violence.. The Investigating Court number 7 of Malaga has ordered the entry into provisional prison for the two investigated.
The operation karma It began on January 20 following a complaint from several friends of the victims, who had received messages on their mobile phones from their contacts, who were being held against their will.
According to the investigations, a possible debt between the parties involved would be the trigger for the kidnapping, so in this exchange of information by telephonethe captors urged the friends of the victims to raise 50,000 euros to be able to be released.
Continuing with the investigations, the investigators managed to locate the car of the detainees and, later, follow the trail of the captors to a house under construction in a remote area, to the north of Málaga capital.
Once there, and following the cries for help from those affected, they located them inside a cistern –as a zulo–, next to a building under construction.
Finally, the Police arrested two men for their alleged involvement in the crimes of illegal detention, in the modality of kidnapping, and robbery with violence or intimidation, intervening, among other effects, a ‘butterfly’ type knife with which they would have intimidated the victims, two motor vehicles –one of the victims–, 1,920 euros and two mobile phones.
