The electoral guide presents you with all kinds of propositions, based on current themes and the party programmes. They have all been submitted to the parties participating in the municipal elections in the more than 250 municipalities.

That is how it works

Each municipality has its own electoral guide. So first enter your zip code. Then it’s time to give your opinion. For each statement you indicate what you think by moving the red dot to the left or right. Curious about the opinion of the parties from Zoetermeer? Under each statement you can check an explanation of all parties.

The people behind the electoral guide

The MyStem electoral guide is a collaboration between DPG Media and research bureaus Citisens and iVox. The statements were submitted to the political parties, who took their position for each statement. They were also tested among two thousand respondents who are a reflection of Dutch society.
