Researchers from Amsterdam UMC, among others, have discovered a more effective and less burdensome treatment for the most common form of leukaemia. Through targeted combination therapy with specific drugs, patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) no longer need to undergo chemotherapy.
