There has been a lot of maintenance work on Zoetermeers roads in recent weeks. As a result, we have to deal with closures and longer travel times. Brace yourself: next weekend it will be the turn of the Afrikaweg.

There will be asphalt work from Friday, November 10, 8:00 PM to Sunday, November 12, 12:00 PM, causing part of the Afrikaweg to be closed.
A12 entrance and exit closed
Asphalt work is taking place between the intersection with Meerzichtlaan and the viaduct over the Rijksweg. The entrances and exits of the A12 will also be closed this weekend. In addition, the connecting road between the Amerikaweg and the Afrikaweg is also closed.
Major inconvenience
On these days you can follow the yellow diversion signs and you know how to enter and leave the city. The road builder estimates that the delay will range from 10 to 30 minutes.
