The fire broke out around 3:40 PM. Shortly after the first report, the fire brigade scaled up to ‘major fire.’

The fire gave off a lot of smoke. Local residents were advised to stay away from smoke as much as possible. At 4:25 p.m. the fire brigade reported that the fire was under control.

No injuries

As far as we know, no injuries have been reported. One resident was checked on site by ambulance personnel, but did not have to be taken to hospital.

The horses from the nearby stable have also been brought to safety, the fire brigade reports.

It is not yet clear how the fire started.
