Japanese musician Yoshiki’s young label Maison Yoshiki debuts at Milan Fashion Week.
Maison Yoshiki Paris has been officially included in the fashion week program by organizer Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, the luxury label announced on Thursday.
On February 20, the fashion brand will present its collection for the fall/winter 2024/25 season with a show at Bocconi University. The gender-neutral collection is expected to include 30 looks.
“It will be a feminine but also gender-neutral collection, extravagant with a rebellious touch that has always been important to me. “All natural and environmentally friendly materials come from Italy and France,” the designer announces the collection.
For his label, Yoshiki has gotten support from Kuki de Salvertes, whom the Japanese has appointed Fashion Development Director of Maison Yoshiki Paris. De Salvertes has been a press spokesman for many years and has discovered many well-known designers, such as Vivienne Westwood, Raf Simons and Iris van Herpen. In addition to fashion, Maison Yoshiki will also launch a glassware collection in collaboration with French crystal manufacturer Baccarat, the statement said.
