Nelonen’s new Saturday night attraction Amazing Race Suomi was overshadowed by the Masked Singer Suomi program in terms of viewership.

Nelonen’s news program Amazing Race Finland the first episode was shown on Saturday on Nelose.
The opening episode of the program, which also enjoyed a lot of media attention, attracted only 375,000 viewers on Saturday evening. The program still achieved its result as the most watched program of Week Four.
In the same time slot, competitor MTV3 attracted 668,000 viewers with the program Masked Singer. MTV3 channel’s most watched program of the week Dancing with the Stars was able to gather 918,000 viewers on Sunday evening.
The journalist was the first to drop out of the program Anna Perho and his son Atte Lehtniittu.
Amazing Race Finland was already in the headlines before the start of the season, because the participants who dropped out of the competition were seen even before filming ended in Finland. For example, MP Ilmari Nurminen was seen at a concert at the Olympic Stadium.
